"I.T. Support"
One thing's for sure: computers, software and networks all go wrong at precisely the worst moment. Just before an important presentation, late in the day, or on a weekend.
You need round-the-clock support from fast, experienced IT people. Not from people who go home at the end of the day, or who aren't there when you need them.
Our Technical Support Officers provide dedicated support for employees, when they need it. They have access to an array of resources that allow them to perform complex remote tasks at the click of a button - anything from administering or troubleshooting almost any aspect of your server, to taking remote control of your employee's screens to guide them through a problem.
Harnessing the sophisticated capabilities of our Virtual IT™ Client Management System, they can gain access to a comprehensive snapshot of every aspect of your network.
Your historical information is available instantly, as are details of information relating to your current problems, changes and requests.
All at the click of a mouse, from anywhere in the world, any time.

We're a small business with only a handful of employees but because we run online surveys worldwide and have five consultants operating nationally we have unusually high IT needs. We can't justify a full time IT department, and we suspect we wouldn't get the expertise we need from just one person anyway. We've been using Connected Intelligence Virtual IT for the last few years and it's incredibly handy for our team. We had our initial doubts - we've all logged problems online and watched them go nowhere, but with Virtual IT we get a quick response to know that someone is working on fixing our issue. If it's urgent - someone will be on the phone to us within minutes. We've gotten to know the guys at the end of the Virtual IT line pretty well. We trust them to fix issues for us when we really need them to. They seem to be available 24 hours, we're not quite sure when they sleep.
